Problem
Existing large language model tools are not well integrated into daily work systems that people use every day. That’s why Salesforce designed the Slackbot AI agent — to be the agent that can advise on the data in your Slack messages, calendars, email, and Salesforce systems, and provide a useful AI agent fully integrated into the Slack app that people already use on a daily basis.
Execution
For the launch of the new Slackbot feature, Salesforce partnered with an ad agency to produce a 30-second animated ad. They produced the artwork and contracted with BioMotion Studios to produce the final animation.
Results and Impact
The ad was produced under budget and was met with strong satisfaction from both the ad agency and the end client. It was posted to Salesforce’s social media accounts where it surpassed engagement forecasts.
